We, the indigenes of Manyu Division of the South West Region of the Republic of Cameroon, residing in the GTA, conscious of the need to preserve our cultural identity, desirous to promote the spirit of unity and its environs, considering the need to foster the development of Manyu, ordain this document as the binding force of Manyu Elements Cultural Association herein after called MECA-Toronto
